Jehan Hormazdi, a proud Indian, has built his career at the intersection of Creativity and Business through a global lens. As the former Partnerships & Operations Manager of FREE THE WORK, he fundraised and refined internal processes. His work continues to bring data driven change management to the limelight. JH is a member of the AAAE and is currently pursing a PhD where he researches the bias in AI and develops processes to eliminate bias.

Pamala Buzick Kim, a proud Korean-American, has built a bridge between art and commerce as her carrer. As the former Executive Director of FREE THE WORK, she cultivated a global community of over 18,000 underrepresented creators behind the camera, while institutionalizing her processes at brands and agencies worldwide. Her leadership earned her recognition from Gloria Steinem’s Ms. Foundation. PBK serves on the boards of The Black Entertainment Economic Council and Green the Bid and advises for GSD&M & McDonald’s.

Natalie Reubens Cleveland, a Brooklyn-based LA native, brings nearly 20 years of production expertise across the production and post-production pipeline, with a background in beauty advertising and a recent focus on diversity in media. As the Donor Success Lead at FREE THE WORK, she streamlined processes and developed tailored solutions to promote strategies and best practices.
